Project Manager for Corrugated Displays-Digital

Position Overview

Service multiple sales and house accounts as assigned. Estimate projects - analyze specifications, determine optimal production, prepare preliminary layouts, work directly with vendors for pricing, create quote letters, manage filing system.

• Routinely review job cost sheets and use them for estimating future orders.
• Enter sales orders.
• Develop Bill of Materials (job materials, operations / production data) using Syteline.
• Purchase print - coordinate approvals and timing.
• Effectively communicate complete and accurate details to individual departments.
• Oversee manufacturing process from concept to final output – expediting.
• Facilitate approval process for die, instruction sheets, cartons, labels and shipping.
• Receive, respond and solve internal and external inquiries and/or complaints.
• Interact as liaison between sales team, customer, design & manufacturing.
• Maintain production schedule for individual jobs.
• Works independently – regularly exercises judgment and discretion.
• Maintain highly organized, detailed records of specifications, estimate details and job information.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative, professional attitude toward customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Continually meet or exceed internal and external customer needs/ expectations in quality and service.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Offer suggestions for problem solving, streamlining processes, etc.
• Offer assistance to less experienced employees on job duties/procedures as needs arise.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor or Management.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Speak, read, write English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Syteline a plus.
• Previous work experience in manufacturing of packaging and displays a plus.
