The pay range for this position is $19.50-$20.50/hr actual compensation will be based on a good faith assessment of the candidate's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Your workday starts at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. You set up your area, review production targets, and get the line moving. You’ll load and unload raw, in-process, and finished materials, keep parts flowing at an achievable rate, and complete in-process checks with gauges and calipers. When something’s off, you’ll perform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments to keep quality on track.

• Load and unload machines/containers with raw, in-process, or formed material.
• Produce parts at a consistent, achievable rate to support efficiency goals.
• Troubleshoot basic issues impacting product quality.
• Perform visual checks and dimensional inspections using gauges and calipers.
• Make minor adjustments to maintain process stability and quality.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting ability.
• Comfort using simple quality tools (gauges, calipers).
• CNC experience is a plus.
