Wage: $26/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift,

Hours:

3:15pm–1:15am, Monday–Thursday, New Berlin, WI.

This role is responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using various welding techniques to meet strict quality and precision standards.

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and/or other welding processes based on job requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials (wire, gas, etc.)
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures according to specifications
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and conformance to standards
• Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as needed
• Maintain welding equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members, quality inspectors, and supervisors to meet production deadlines
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

• High school diploma or GED required; welding certification preferred
• 1–3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Proficiency in MIG welding required; TIG experience a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 15–50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
