Entry-Level Washer Operator

Entry Level Washer Operator Needed Felss Rotaform is looking for a dependable and organized Washer Operator to support our automated manufacturing operation in New Berlin.

This position is responsible for operating and managing industrial part washers in a fast-paced production environment.

This role is a good fit for someone who:likes structured, hands-on workstays organized and focused can manage multiple tasks at the same time follows standard procedures carefully works well independently after training takes pride in reliability and consistency

What you will doLoad and unload parts into industrial washing equipment

Keep parts flowing correctly through the process

Maintain organized staging and material flow Follow production procedures and safety requirements

Keep the work area clean and organized

Maintain steady production flow while handling and moving parts between washers and staging areas.

Communicate production or equipment issues to the supervisor or lead person

What we are looking for Reliable attendance and punctuality

Strong organizational habits and attention to workflow

Ability to stay focused during repetitive work Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

No prior manufacturing experience required

Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment, including standing, moving materials, and repetitive handling of parts throughout the shift.
