Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electromechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Assembler‑Electromechanical 2nd shift to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly line, you will contribute to creating high‑quality products that meet strict standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler‑Electromechanical 2nd shift

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $19/hr.

Shift: 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm

What's the Job?
  • Assemble products following engineering documents to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status of jobs.
  • Perform operator‑based Go‑No Go testing according to established procedures.
  • Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process continually.
  • Assist in training other employees and resolve inquiries and problems efficiently.
What's Needed?
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with standardized procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
