• Full‑time status | Alternating 3‑4 day work week
• Day Shift: 6:50AM – 7:00PM
• Night Shift: 6:50PM – 7:00AM
• Available openings on each shift
• Schedule:
  
  3‑4 days per week with benefits eligible
• Additional overtime hours available

• Operate blow‑molding machines
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines
• Perform routine maintenance
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
• Demonstrate safe work practices and competency to drive a powered industrial truck
• Compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies
• For Level1 technicians:
  • Run a molding machine platform and other support auxiliary equipment to ensure containers are produced within customer specification
  • Perform routine and reactive equipment maintenance to increase productivity and uptime

• At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance or troubleshooting experience
• High‑school diploma or GED; proficiency in reading, writing, basic math and critical thinking
• 18 years or older
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating press machinery
• Ability to work independently, self‑sufficiently, and productively with little supervision
• Willingness to support fellow members in keeping the facility and equipment clean, neat, and well‑maintained
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using Apple iPad devices and applications preferred
• Ability to provide own basic set of tools
• Active, multi‑tasker who can work in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs and working in warm and cool temperatures
• Dependable and punctual
