Milwaukee Broach Company, an industry leader in the manufacture of broach cutting tools, is hiring a direct hire, full-time, permanent CNC Machinist for the Norway, MI facility. The position requires 1st shift work. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup and operation of a variety of CNC and manual grinding machines.
• Operate CNC machine and adjust settings.
• Use precision measuring devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Understand shop routings.
• Complete required paperwork.

Candidates should have solid math skills, good mechanical aptitude, and the flexibility to vary work hours to accommodate production scheduling. A stable employment history and background in manufacturing is preferred.

Milwaukee Broach Company is seeking a full-time 2nd shift CNC Machinist with manual Wet Grinder experience in New Berlin, WI. The role involves operating a CNC Elb machine and a Mattison Wet Grinder. • Must be team‑oriented and possess a solid work history with excellent attendance.

Prior experience machining high‑speed steel is a plus.
