Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5 x 8-Hour Shifts (Flexible Start Times)

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee daily production operations and lead a team of production associates. This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, supporting employee development, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong manufacturing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing people while achieving operational goals.

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of production associates to achieve daily production goals.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist with performance management initiatives.
  • Coordinate daily production activities to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels, materials, and workflow to support uninterrupted production.
  • Partner with management to identify and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety policies, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Lead by example while fostering employee engagement and operational excellence.
Qualifications Required
  • Previous manufacturing experience with operational knowledge.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with employee coaching, performance management, and performance reviews.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
