Radius Packaging is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Lead to support our production team on a rotating day shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, mentors others, and is passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
You will operate and troubleshoot automated packing lines, supervise line start-ups, ensure GMP and Food Safety standards, and drive improvements with 6S and defect reduction initiatives.
