Fabrication Supervisor

• Knowledge and experience of metal fabrication and welding techniques (hardwire, metal-core, flux-core & sub-arc); and large open table set-ups
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across fabrication, machining, and receiving departments.
• Allocate labor and resources to meet production schedules and changing priorities.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between the shop floor and upper management to align production goals with company objectives.
