2nd Shift Assemblers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated 2nd Shift Assemblers to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Assemblers

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Evenings (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM)

What's the Job?

• Assemble products following engineering documents to ensure high-quality output
• Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status
• Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to procedures
• Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process
• Assist in training other team members and resolve inquiries or issues

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic computer skills for updating manufacturing records
