Attention to detail is your superpower as you ensure every component fits snugly and securely. This full-time, non-exempt role isn't just a job-it's a pathway to leadership for those who excel.

• Perform intricate assembly of products by following detailed instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Use significant hand strength and fine motor skills to manipulate, fit and secure components during the assembly process
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly logs and quality checks.
• Test finished products for defects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively during the assembly process.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle/lift heavy cords (up to 50lbs)
• Other duties as assigned
