• Run and oversee automated transfer line equipment from startup to shutdown.
• Track production flow, adjust parameters, and keep machines operating at peak efficiency.
• Address minor interruptions and basic faults quickly to minimize downtime.
• Organize materials and keep your work area orderly and audit-ready.
• Adhere to all production and safety procedures without compromise.
• Pitch in with overtime when production needs rise.

• Consistent attendance and on-time reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset.
• Strong organization skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
