General Production Labor

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have an interest in or past experience working in a manufacturing environment and enjoys working as part of team to get things done.

• Set-up and production of various punching, rolling and welding machines to meet productivity and quality standards.

• Identify the proper hanging and stacking pattern for each order
• Work with up to four (4) cell operators and a Team Leader to set-up the line and to hang, take off, and stack finished parts.

• Follow prescribed operation sequence and assist the team in completion of all daily activities.
• Follow standard work instructions, including performing quality checks.
• Perform visual inspections to maintain quality standards
• Perform all operations within the cell and be interchangeable with other cell operators.
• Perform routine cleaning (i.e. dispose of scrap, wipe-down press and sweep area, etc.).
• Meet the attendance standards as state in the company attendance policy.

• The ability to lift up to and including twenty (20) pounds for up to eight (8) hours per day.
• The ability to bend and lift up to and including twenty (20) pounds between floor level and a height of six feet six inches (6'6
