• Choose a 4 x 10 schedule (Monday–Thursday 10-hour days)
• Work a 4 x 9 + 4-hour shift schedule (Monday–Thursday 9-hour days & 4 hours on Friday)
• Pick your preferred start time to match your routine (4:30 am, 5:00 am, 5:30 am, 6:00 am, or 6:30 am)

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Ensure high-quality welds that meet safety and production standards

• Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
