Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated 2nd Shift Assemblers to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Shift Assemblers
Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay Range: $19
Shift: Evenings (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM)
What's the Job?
- Assemble products following engineering documents to ensure high-quality output
- Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status
- Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to procedures
- Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process
- Assist in training other team members and resolve inquiries or issues
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic computer skills for updating manufacturing records
