Full-Time at Felss Rotaform. If you enjoy solving mechanical problems and keeping automated systems on beat, this role puts you at the center of our production flow.
Why this role- Operate automated transfer line equipment and keep it producing efficiently.
- Spot and clear minor faults and interruptions before they become big issues.
- Own material organization and line-side orderliness.
- Work safely and follow documented production procedures.
- Support overtime as needed to meet customer demand.
- Show-up-when-it-counts reliability and on-time habits.
- Basic mechanical aptitude—tools and machines make sense to you.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, physical manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is a plus.
