Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident health needs
- Administer medications and monitor treatment plans
- Document care activities and maintain compliance with regulations
- Support holistic, person‑centered care in collaboration with the team
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (required)
- CPR certification
- Experience in geriatrics preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
