- 7 on / 7 off, Monday-Sunday
- Monday
- Friday: 4PM - 8AM - Weekend:
Saturday at 8AM to Monday at 8AM
Hit the road without the extra costs—this role includes travel and a company car is provided.
Requirements- RN license in the state of Wisconsin, required
- Current, valid driver’s license, required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home hospice or home health preferred
