- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with APQP, PFEMA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Why, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven success leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Lead the plant's QM system and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Manage customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns through effective problem solving and corrective actions.
- Lead quality planning activities, including APQP and new product launches.
- Oversee supplier quality performance and audit activities.
- Develop and lead the quality team while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve plant and customer quality objectives.
