This is a typical day when you lead our Quality Management System and continuous improvement journey in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role As our Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will own the plant Quality Management System, elevate performance to world-class standards, and guide a skilled team. You’ll balance customer advocacy with operational pragmatism—ensuring compliance with automotive and industry requirements while driving measurable, sustainable improvements.

What You’ll Own Lead and maintain the plant Quality Management System; ensure adherence to customer and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, increase efficiency, and lower cost.
Manage customer, supplier, and internal quality issues using robust problem solving and corrective actions.
Steer quality planning, including APQP deliverables and new product launch readiness.
Oversee supplier quality performance and conduct/coordinate audit activities.
Build, mentor, and develop the quality team; nurture a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet plant and customer quality objectives.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
5+ years in manufacturing quality.
Background in team lead, supervisory, or management roles preferred.
Strong command of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 QMS.
Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Why, and Lean methods.
Track record of leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and talent development skills.
Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Green Belt or Shinin certification.
Automotive manufacturing experience.
Background in metal forming, cold forming, machining, or similar processes.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
