Lab Technician

Perform chemistry-based analytical testing on oil products, including viscosity, air release, color analysis, FTIR, ICP, and other related methods.

Conduct raw material testing and batch testing, including pre-batch, in-process, and final batch testing on a daily basis.

Carry out wet chemistry procedures and titrations as part of routine laboratory analysis.

Execute quality control testing for raw materials and production batches to ensure products meet established specifications.

Complete all required quality paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly for raw materials, batch work, and laboratory analyses.

Maintain and organize laboratory records to support quality work, ISO compliance, and audit requirements.

Perform calibrations on laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

Sanitize and maintain all laboratory areas to uphold cleanliness, safety, and good laboratory practices.

Assist with ISO audits as needed, providing documentation, test data, and process information to auditors.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
