* Position Summary:
** Electrolyzer Test Technician is responsible for executing electrolyzer test plans, including participating in test planning, fabrication and assembly of cells and stacks, operating test stations, completing data and postmortem analysis, and reporting test results and conclusions. Other responsibilities include supporting research and development testing and analysis activities ranging from analytical and lab scale testing to electrolyzer stack assembly and postmortem analysis.

** Professional
Qualifications:
*** Degree and
Experience:
+ 4-year degree in engineering or science field and at least 2 years prior full-time experience in a high-tech equipment or materials testing, validation, and data collection environment.
* Familiar with laboratory processes, chemical safety, and analytical chemistry equipment.
* Experience designing and fabricating test apparatus or test samples.
* Experience repairing and maintaining test equipment and instrumentation.
* Strong hands-on learning aptitude.
* Ability to simplify and optimize complex processes.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficient in analyzing and organizing information and data for problem solving.
* Able to work and learn independently and drive results.
* Excellent communication skills.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*** Experience in analytical chemistry and materials testing including ICP-MS, XRD, SEM-EDS, gas chromatography, ion chromatography, porosimetry, powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and BET.
* Experience and knowledge in electrochemical test techniques including EIS, LSV, OCV, and GITT.
