Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Maintain store cleanliness, marketing activities, profitability, and adherence to company standards.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Perform arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, process orders verbally, write, phone skills, motor coordination, and keyboard or touch‑screen operation.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures may vary 36°F to 90°F+. Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F+, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing: verbal, auditory, near/mid‑range vision, depth perception, temperature discrimination.

Temperaments: direct activities, repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, quality control, people interaction, data analysis, judgment, decision making.

Physical demands: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand/eye tasks, using tools/ex equipment.

Deliver products by car to customer doors, flyers, and door hangers. Must possess a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.

Navigate delivery area, multi‑story buildings, private homes. Carry pizzas and beverages during walking, climbing, and stair navigation.

Must travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; insurance and vehicle availability for delivery duties.

Relevant experience in retail or food service, supervisory experience preferred.
