Commercial Solutions Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Commercial Solutions within ABB Motion's High Power Division aims to deliver superior customer experience through sales tools, processes, and master data. The overall objective is to improve self-service for our customers and increase the efficiency of our sales organization, covering the entire sales process (select, configure, price, quote, order).

As the Global Digital Excellence Manager - Commercial Solutions, you will drive the digital transformation of ABB Motion's High Power Division. Your primary mission is to deliver superior customer experience and enhance sales organization efficiency by optimizing the entire sales process (select, configure, price, quote, order). Moreover, you will be responsible for driving sales intelligence into our organization.

You will bring a rapid-scaling mindset to a large multinational environment, taking ownership of the implementation, utilization, and adoption of new commercial solutions across our Local Sales and Service Units (LSSUs). By collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, IS, R&D), you will lead change management efforts that transform how we sell and serve our customers globally.

The work model for the role is:
Onsite (partial remote possible).

You will be part of the Commercial Solutions team in ABB Motion's High Power division and report to the Commercial Solutions Manager for ABB Motion's Motion High Power Division.
