We’re looking for a process-driven One-Call Closer to run in-home presentations for windows, doors, and bath projects and turn qualified opportunities into profitable, same-day decisions.

Tight Seal Exteriors & Baths is a home-improvement company built on a proven 10-step in-home sales process and six key areas of customer commitment – from introduction, needs analysis, inspection, and company story all the way through major close and button-up.

We don’t “wing it.”
We teach, train, and enforce a repeatable system that wins.

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners for windows, doors, and bath projects.
• Follow Tight Seal’s 10-Step Sales Process from:
• Introduction & agenda
• Needs analysis & survey
• Inspection & measurements
• Company story & credibility
• Product demo & commitments
• Pre-close, price presentation, and major close
• Final button-up and paperwork
• Use our commitment checkpoints to earn “yes” agreements throughout the visit – not just at the end.
• Present solutions, build value before price, and use one-call-close frameworks to secure a clear yes or no.
• Log activity, follow-up notes, and performance metrics; constantly improve based on feedback and training.

• Experience in in-home sales or one-call close (windows, doors, baths – but closer mentality matters more).
• A process-first mindset – you respect the playbook and know that following it = higher close rate.
• Strong questioning & listening skills – not just “pitching.”
• Comfort with transparent, same-day decision conversations (“yes or no tonight” style closes when appropriate for the customer).
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance for in-home visits.

• A proven, scripted 10-step sales system – no guessing what to say next.
• Ongoing training and coaching focused on one-call close mastery.
