Drive revenue by selling landscape maintenance programs and residential outdoor construction services. Success in this role requires strong communication, follow-through, and the ability to close projects from initial inquiry to contract. Spring Gardens is hiring a Landscape Sales Representative to manage qualified leads, present proposals, and close residential landscape maintenance and light construction projects. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals, but motivated entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

• Manage incoming inquiries and qualified leads
• Present proposals for landscape maintenance, enhancements, and light construction
• Follow up on estimates and close projects
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and outcomes
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business

• Proven sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing pricing and closing work
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Landscaping, construction, or home services experience a plus
• Entry-level candidates considered with the right attitude and work ethic

• Base pay plus commission (performance-based)
