• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create accurate and complete sales proposals that can be transferred to the installation team.
• Provide complete and accurate information about products and pricing to create confident buyers.
• Excite potential customers about Thielmann Group and encourage word‑of‑mouth referrals.
• Become an expert in the local market, understanding customer needs.

• Proven track record in sales.
• General plumbing knowledge.
• Financial acumen, including ability to determine job profitability and the impact of operational activities.
• IT competent with experience using Microsoft Office and current sales applications.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with local codes and ability to discuss company product lines.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
