What You’ll Do- Consultative Selling:
Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts. - Sales Prospecting:
Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory. - Customer Experience Advocate:
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top‑tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers. - Portfolio Management:
Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar B2B role and a demonstrated track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
- You’re driven, self‑directed, and outcome‑focused. You take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.
- You’re a good listener with a passion for learning about customers’ needs, solving problems, and winning business.
- You plan and prepare to conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
- A bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
- This role is based in WI, offering flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to earn lucrative monthly commissions based on your contribution margin.
