Membership Representative- (Wed , Fri , Occas. Weekends

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Membership Representative located in New Berlin, WI. The Membership Representative will provide exceptional customer service, assist new and existing members with account inquiries, promote membership benefits, and support sales efforts to drive membership growth. The role also involves engaging with members to understand their needs, onboarding new members, processing registrations, and maintaining accurate records.

Additional responsibilities include promoting YMCA programs and ensuring all interactions are welcoming and inclusive.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address member inquiries and foster positive relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to effectively promote membership benefits and drive enrollments
• Experience in Training and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members
• Ability to work on-site during assigned shifts and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer skills for processing registrations and managing membership records
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Must be 18 years old
• CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire
