Youâll build alliances with:
- Real estate agents (the wizards of location, location, location)
- Property managers (keepers of the keys)
- Senior living communities (champions of transition)
- Home builders, designers, restoration crews, security teams... Basically anyone who knows someone who knows someone who might be moving.
Give inâhome or virtual walkthroughs where you charmingly explain: "Hereâs why moving with us wonât make you want to scream into a pillow."
đ¤ Customer WooâingYouâll get to know people. Real people. People who are overwhelmed by boxes, timelines, and whether they should keep the ceramic cat statue. Youâll help guide themâand theyâll love you for it.
đ Closing, Negotiating, WinningYouâre the hero with the contract. You negotiate with clarity, confidence, and the occasional tasteful metaphor.
