Join our team as a Sales Account Manager in WI.

What You’ll Do
  • Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts.
  • Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory.
  • Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top‑tier service, technical support, and safe, innovative solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.
What You’ll Need
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar B2B role with a demonstrated track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Self‑directed, outcome‑focused, and proactive—taking initiative, acting decisively, and consistently delivering results.
  • Good listening skills, curiosity, and a passion for learning about customers’ needs to solve problems and win business.
  • Strong planning and preparation skills to conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
