Cabinetry Sales Account Manager

Drexel Building Supply is seeking a Cabinetry Sales Account Manager to grow and support cabinetry business with builders, contractors, and remodelers. In this role, you'll manage key accounts, interpret plans and specs, prepare accurate quotes, and recommend cabinetry solutions that balance design, function, and budget. You'll partner closely with design, operations, and delivery teams to ensure on-time, error-free orders and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of cabinetry accounts with builders, contractors, and remodelers.
• Develop quotes and proposals from plans, specs, and takeoffs.
• Provide expert cabinetry product guidance, options, and value-engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with internal design, operations, and delivery teams to ensure accurate, on-time orders.
• Conduct regular site and customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Track opportunities, pipeline, and activities using CRM and reporting tools.
• Resolve order, delivery, and service issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training to deepen product, design, and industry knowledge.
• Represent Drexel Building Supply at industry events and community activities.
