You'll collaborate closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Develop and grow flooring sales with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Provide in-showroom and on-site design consultations and product recommendations
• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and proposals from plans and specs
• Manage accounts from first contact through post-sale follow-up
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and installation partners to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain detailed CRM records and sales pipeline activity
• Stay current on flooring trends, products, and installation requirements
• Represent Drexel's values through exceptional customer service and community engagement
