Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician – work on the road diagnosing and repairing a wide range of home appliances while delivering excellent customer service.

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide value‑added solutions to improve customers’ homes.
• Maintain and organize company truck and efficiently manage parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficient with smartphone use, including part ordering.
• Successful background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) you work in.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequent 50 lbs and occasional 100 lbs).
• Physical ability to reach outwards, handle small objects, stand, walk, sit, type, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
