Carpenter; Measure Technician

Overview

Champion Window is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician. In this role you will be responsible for accurately measuring customer homes for installations and completing service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Measure for products at customer homes
• Repair windows, siding and sunrooms
• Order and track repair/installation services
• Assist management with reporting and communication as requested
• Interact with homeowners to meet their home‑improvement needs
• Safely perform all job aspects in compliance with federal, state and local laws

• High school diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience in home improvement or construction involving carpentry, roofing and window installation
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as a brake, utility knife, hammer, and deglazing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong math skills, including use of a tape measure and angles
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
