Position: Additional Services Technician - Permanent
** Additional Services Technician
** The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.
** Responsibilities
* * Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
** Qualifications and Requirements
** 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.

Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $21.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
