$20 - $35 an hour.

$20 - $30/hr based on work experience + Opportunities for Performance Incentives!

• Installs HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Receives, verifies, and loads equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Performs warranty services, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and replacing defective parts.
• Establishes effective working relationships with co‑workers and superiors.
• Completes all required paperwork for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of company vehicle.
• Maintains high customer service and satisfaction.
• Performs tasks efficiently and safely.
• Performs related duties as assigned and remains flexible in work schedules and assignments.
• Represents company professionally, confidentially, courteously, fairly, with integrity.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift up to 70 lbs; stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel to locations.

• Residential HVAC installation experience (minimum 2 years).
• EPA Certification required;
  Universal EPA Certification preferred.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Own hand and power tools.
• Willingness to relocate to New Berlin, WI before starting work.
