• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.

• Keep the company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Ability to use a smartphone for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift, carry, push, pull up to 20 lbs (often 50 lbs, occasionally 100 lbs), reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
