Monitor, inspect and complete fire and water restoration tasks on-site to ensure proper drying and restoration work;
Prepare and review documentation including notes, photos, and documents for insurance reimbursement;
Explain restoration processes and next steps to customers using printed materials;
Retrieve work orders, verify route, and load necessary equipment and supplies for each job;
Perform water damage repair including water extraction, pack-out, demolition as directed, and maintain quality control on each job
