What You'll Be Doing- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and thermostats
- Complete equipment replacements and new installations
- Install and modify ductwork
- Test and start up systems to ensure everything is working properly
- Communicate with homeowners and leave every job better than you found it
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience with furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- EPA Certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
