Carpenter / Measure Technician

Champion Window seeks a Carpenter / Measure Technician responsible for accurately measuring customer homes for installations, completing service jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Accurately measure installations for customers.
• Repair windows, siding, and sunrooms.
• Order and track repair and installation services.
• Assist management with reporting and communication as requested.
• Interact with homeowners to meet their home‑improvement needs.
• Safely perform all job aspects in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

• High School diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in home improvement or construction involving carpentry, roofing, and window installation.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as a brake, utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, and the like.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mathematical skills, including usage of a tape measure and angles.
