Point Real Estate Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two properties located in New Berlin and Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting and HVAC to keep residences well maintained.
Duties include handling service requests within 24 hours, performing general maintenance, assisting in custodial and grounds work, making repairs to doors, fixtures and appliances, and refurbishing
