Construction Soil Tester
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented field technicians to join our team. The role involves performing inspections on construction sites and private construction locations, based out of our Franklin, WI office.
Responsibilities- Conduct field observation and testing during concrete placements.
- Perform sampling, inspection, and testing of soil and aggregates.
- Execute laboratory testing of concrete cylinders, aggregates, and soil.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site using hand tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience in construction environments.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with field observation and testing during concrete placements.
- Knowledge of sampling, inspection, and testing procedures for soil and aggregates.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing of concrete cylinders, aggregates, and soil.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based at our Franklin, WI office, with frequent travel to various construction sites. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in different weather conditions, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
