Quad is seeking motivated individuals to join our  Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program in Pewaukee.  This program combines paid, hands-on training with related instruction to develop the skills needed to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.

What You’ll Gain

Experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics
In-demand maintenance and troubleshooting skills
State of Wisconsin Certificate of Apprenticeship upon completion
Training Includes
Safety & Operations:  OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation
Mechanical Systems:  Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors
Hydraulics & Pneumatics:  System components, troubleshooting, repair
Installation & Setup:  Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up
Maintenance:  Preventive and predictive diagnostics
Machining & Fabrication:  Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork
