Construction Soil Tester Ready Now Lots of OT!
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented field technicians to join our team. The role involves performing inspections on construction sites and private construction locations, based out of our Franklin, WI office.
Responsibilities- Conduct field observation and testing during concrete placements.
- Perform sampling, inspection, and testing of soil and aggregates.
- Execute laboratory testing of concrete cylinders, aggregates, and soil.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site using hand tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience in construction environments.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with field observation and testing during concrete placements.
- Knowledge of sampling, inspection, and testing procedures for soil and aggregates.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing of concrete cylinders, aggregates, and soil.

Work Environment
The position is based at our Franklin, WI office, with frequent travel to various construction sites. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in different weather conditions, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
