Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs of equipment. You will also troubleshoot various issues and perform PLC troubleshooting by reading ladder logic and checking inputs and outputs. Additionally, you will conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs of equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and checking inputs/outputs.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in food or GMP regulated environments.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to solve complex issues with minimal supervision.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in food manufacturing and GMP procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.

Work EnvironmentWork in a food manufacturing facility with a set schedule of 3p-11p, transitioning to a 1st shift schedule from 7a-3p during the first few months. Occasionally work on weekends, mostly Saturdays, with some Sundays. The environment requires adherence to GMP procedures, including wearing hair nets and beard nets.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of NEW BERLIN, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $75000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
