Process Technician

• Execute preventative maintenance protocols on plastic blow molding equipment.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC operational principles.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Handle the installation, assembly, and repair of electronic components, wiring, plumbing, and various machinery systems.
• Utilize technical expertise to install and maintain electrical apparatuses like robots and transformers.
• Analyze mechanical failures by referencing parts catalogs, repair manuals, and blueprints to determine the best course of action.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to secure necessary spare parts.
• Support the team in conducting regular EHS safety audits on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Leverage your background as a machine operator to ensure efficient production.

• Apply your five years of industrial manufacturing expertise to maintain high operational standards.
