Label Control:
Prepare, distribute, and reprint labels for carton/pallet pickers daily to maintain smooth label flow.;
Yard Coordination:
Communicate outbound pulls and plugs to yard drivers using the Y/WMS system and assist in trailer safety checks.;
Administrative Functions:
Perform data entry for shipments and prepare Bills of Lading; schedule LTL carrier pickups.;
Safety and Security:
Maintain a clean, safe workspace; adhere to OSHA and MSDS standards; manage tools and equipment distribution.;
Provide professional communication with management, peers, customers, and visitors; assist with downtime tracking as needed.
