We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our remote team. The role focuses on business tax returns, 1120S, S Corp, high net worth, corporate, individual, tax review, and tax planning. The successful candidate will provide strategic tax planning and compliance expertise, manage and coordinate tax audits, and develop tax‑saving strategies for a diverse clientele.

Job Details Responsibilities
Oversee and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients.Review and prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses, benefit funds, real estate, and exempt organizations.Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.Assist with client management and planning; coordinate and execute detailed technical services.Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects and assess the performance of the tax staff for engagement reviews.Work closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development.Plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries; provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients, and manage to budget.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA certification or other relevant professional accreditation is highly desirable.A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting or tax consulting.Proficiency with business tax returns, 1120S, S Corp, high net worth, corporations, tax returns, individual, tax review, and tax planning.Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to successfully contribute to the success of a strategic business unit.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tax software such as Pro System fx or similar.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
